Body Line

Step 1 — Take a side-view photo

Stand sideways to the camera in a relaxed, natural stance. Line up with the guide.

For an accurate outline, wear fitted clothing and stand against a plain background.

For the side photo, cross your arms over your chest or clasp your hands behind you so your arms don't cover your body line.

Step 2 — Review

These lines were drawn automatically from your photo. If the photo looks off, go back and retake it — nothing here needs manual placement.

Observations

    Self-check: the "groove line"

From the front, a well-aligned body shows one continuous groove running from the front of the neck down to the lower abdomen. From the back, one continuous groove runs from just below the skull down to the crease of the glutes. Next time you're in front of a mirror, take a look — is the line continuous, or does it break somewhere?

This is an educational observation, not a medical diagnosis. Posture is shaped by many factors — this assessment does not identify a single cause.
